A Conference

McDonogh 6, Mount St. Joseph 1

McDonogh had little trouble repeating as the A Conference champions. The Eagles took charge early and then blew the game open in the second half. Mamadou Kansaye scored twice and added two assists to lead the Eagles to their second straight title in a 6-1 rout of the Gaels. McDonogh never trailed in the game. Connor Rockefeller scored at the 32:56 mark of the first half to give McDonogh the lead. Then, in the final minutes of the half, Kansaye added a goal to give the Eagles a 2-0 lead heading into the break. Kansaye added an assist on a Ryan Macomber goal early in the second half, giving the Eagles a 3-0 lead. Marquez Fernandez and Sean Bannatine added the other scores for McDonogh. Mount St. Joseph's lone goal came from Getaon Cakltiabiano to cut the lead to 4-1 with 12 minutes to go, but that was as close as the Gaels could get.

B Conference

Boys' Latin 3, Friends 2 (OT)

The Lakers scored twice in a six-minute span, including Connor Frank's golden goal one minute into overtime, to give Boys' Latin a second straight MIAA B Conference title. It was Friends' first loss of the season. In addition, it was the second straight year that Boys' Latin defeated Friends in the title game. Brad Boyer tied the game for the Lakers with 5:15 remaining to force overtime, where Frank ended it. Joey Buddemeyer gave Boys' Latin a 1-0 lead in the first half that held up until the second half. Omar Wahdan tied the game at 1-1 13 seconds into the second half, and teammate Ryan DeSmit gave the Quakers a 2-1 lead four minutes later. But Boys' Latin rallied for the title.

C Conference

Baltimore Lutheran 2, Chapelgate Christian 1

Jonathan Jenkins scored a second-half goal to give Baltimore Lutheran a 2-1 victory over Chapelgate Christian and a second consecutive C Conference title. The Yellow Jackets came in undefeated in league play, while Lutheran entered as the fourth and final seed. Alex McCurry scored on a first-half penalty kick to give Chapelgate a 1-0 lead. Lutheran tied the game on a Jimmy Woods goal early in the second half, setting up the Jenkins goal with about 29 minutes left.
